I bought a 1985 gt. It has no motor or trans. I want to to put a 91 5.0 in it. I have the complete wiring harness from the 91 w/maf. My problem is i want to keep the original 1985 dash in the car instead of using a 91. Now how do i tie the 85 dash harness into the 91 and make it run. This is a bit of a challange i know. But i like a good challange. I think if i got a dash harness from a 86 efi
car it might get me closer to making this work. I am not a mustang expert but
but maybe some on here who is could point me in the right direction. I know going to a carb would be easier but thats not direction i want to go. The motor is already built and ready to go. Just need to get the wiring sorted out.
