RE: Price quote
actually rear pads are bonded not riveted, and i think thats kind of high as a friend. i wouldnt even charge someone i dont know that much as a side job. your raping him. the shop i work at only charges $15/caliper, $60/rear pads(axle), and i would do the starter for $25. dont sound like much of a friend. if it were me, i would get him over and say i will show you exactly what to do, if you need help im inside.

RE: Price quote
The pad it self is not riveted but at the top of the pad there is a rivet.Ok so you said your shop would charge $115 for everything and thats cheap and im asking $108. I dont really see that as being a bad friend. If he wants the shop to do it be my guest but thats just $7 more if he goes to your shop, which I have to say has some freaking cheap prices. And he wants new rotors for both sides. And I wish he was intereasted in how to fix it but he said he doesnt care he just wants his car back.
