Default Cylinder Head Suggestion

Ok, I just blew a spark plug out last night, and it didn't make me laugh.. Pretty pissed how much work I have had to do with this car, in the short amount of time I have had it. I personally have replaced 2 spark plug boots.. Which was fine, not a big deal. I replaced the Intake Manifold which sucked and ran about $310.00., and now I have to pay to have my head Helicoiled.. The mechanic just called and said that the hole that he is fixing actually has 1/2 a helicoil in it right now.. So he is going to do the whole thing this time. But did tell me that "it wasn't as strong as it could be." So what do you guys suggest? Oh by the way I have a 99 GT.. Should I buy new/used 99pi heads and bolt them on, (could always have the same problem) or buy after market heads. If I go aftermarket, I don't want to spend $2500. The other option, If possible, is take off the stock heads, and have a valve job, and rework them so they are pretty nice, but that doesn't solve the problem with the heli-coils.. Is it possible to do something to every hole so this doens't continue to be a problem?
