Default Tail Light/Blinker

Hey guys.

Yesterday I was driving home and turned on my right blinker, and all was normal for a few clicks then it started to go very fast. When I pulled into my garage I did a few tests and found out that the middle light of my right brake light was not turning on when I pressed the brakes or turned on the blinker. First I thought the bulb was bad, but upon further investigation I found that it still worked when I turned on the parking lights and full head lights, although it doesn't become more intense when I press the brakes with the parking lights or headlights on.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to stuff like this. I believe it might be a fuse? I opened the fuse box but had no idea what to do from there because everything was just numbers, nothing to tell me what fuse does what. And if I am completely wrong, which is probably the case, what could be causing this.

I'm sure many of you experts here have dealt with this before. Thanks for your help.

Oh, and before I forget, I have a black 2007 V6 coupe.

Thanks.

You just need a new bulb in that position. Brake and turn signals are one element in the bulb, running lights are a different element.
