What kind of light are you looking for, functional and super bright, or ricey, colored lights? The lower the K on the light (4300K - 14K), the brighter and more effective. But the higher you go, the more color you get. 6000k seems to be populer with most guys, because it has a little bit of blue and still bright as hell, so it gives it that euro car look.

Personally I run 55w 5K in my headlights, and 55w 4000k in my fogs, both are extremely too bright. I have to keep my headlights aimed way low to keep out of other people's faces, and I dont ever use my fogs if others are around.

What do you mean by your second question? Do you not have any fog lights at all? If that is the case, try your local craigslist for some take-offs from a GT possibly. If your car didnt have fogs originally, you are going to have to man up to some wiring work to make it fit.
