Default I'm new here

Hey yall i have always used the site for google purposes but figured now that i own a mustang time to sign up. I love the site so far! But i do have 1 question I have a 2001 mustang gt and i sounds like it has a vacuum leak and it goes in and out I tried to find it before and couldn't find anything but yesterday I found out where its coming from I guess it's some type of a valve right in front of the throttle body its rectangle and about an inch tall and 2 inches long. It sounds like it's opening and closing but I have no idea what its called and I'm guessing it not suppose to sound like that If any has had this problem or knows what it is PLEASE let me know.

Default '68 mustang window droop

I'm new to the mustang forums. I currently have a 1968 mustang coupe and it is in the "facelift" stage and the driver side window won't make a connection with the weatherstripping. its new weather stripping and i tried everything so i think to get this window to go up. how do you raise the window height?

I know that. I have a quarter of an inch gap between the top of the window and the weatherstripping. And the window is as far up as it goes. I don't know where the adjustment is.

???post jacking???

if you take the cover off the inside of the door you will see the bolts that hold the window on the track, they should have enough play to loosen them and lift the window up to fill the 1/4" gap!

as for saveme20 could you take a picture of the part you are looking at? if it runs fine it should be ok but it never hurts to replace a few lines depending on how old they are and how many miles are on the car.
