Default looking for some good answers please!!!!

what im wonderin is a couple thins actually.... i live in connecticut our emission laws are probably average if not more hard *** than any where else. any way i have a stroked 306, it was in my 89 hatchback. i took it out because its a carb set up, and it wont pass emissions, because theres obviously no computer left in the car, as well as im sure my cam, which is a hydraulic roller nitrous spec comp cam, would cause the car to fail. no im not using nitrous. thats the background of the situation, my question is, if i switched to a fuel injection set up, could i pass emissions, how difficult would it be to get a car to pass. Any companies sell a kit like this. i could buy a car 25 years or older and not have to go through emissions at all, but for some reason mustangs under 86 arent as common as the later fox's.. So do i buy above an 86 and try to go the F.I route , or hold out for an earlier fox.........
