Default 97stangers build begins

Well, to make a long story super super short, I was trying to install blower cams along with valve springs/retainers in my car, couldnt physically get to the back valves, and had to pull my motor. So now I have my whole motor on a stand in my garage, tranny laying next to it, converter, exhaust, etc. I have decided to do a decent build up on the motor considering it is already out of the car and I'm already pushing the cars limit. I am hoping to be finished by the end of the summer/beginning of fall. Here is a list of things that I am considering doing to the motor, let me know if you guys would add anything/not do anything. I still want to keep this car a weekend warrior, so I'm only shooting for the mid 500s through the auto. Here is a list of what I am planning on doing:

Crower stage 2 non pi blower cams with valve springs/steel retainers (already have)
Port/polish non pi heads
Forged H beam rods with ARP bolts
Forged Pistons with bearings (gotta wait to see if my block needs to be bored for piston size)
GI Joe 8 rib pulley kit
new water pump
new oil pump
possibly AC delete?
all new gaskets and cosmetic stuff

Thats the jist of what I plan on doing with this motor out of the car. Any feedback is appreciated. Again, do you think i could hit mid 500s considering this will all be with SQ trim, paxton intercooler, PI manifold, full bolt ons, built auto, 3500 stall, 4.10s. I'm not too knowledgable on what size pulley I will need to run on the 8 rib to make some decent boost, but that will be one of my last worries. again, any feedback welcome!

also why not pick up some PI heads and do they port work to them? arent the PI heads just a better platform?
