oil squirting out where oil sending unit goes into block. cant get to it does power steering pump and alternator and bracket need to come off.

 

Nope. The oil filter adapter probably cracked. It happened on my 98, $220 dealer only part. Four bolts, change the gasket, swap the filter and sending unit over, bolt new one up. Now you have to drain the coolant too as the lower radiator hose goes to the adapter.
