Default Brake caliper issues

I could not find this particular problem in the posts, so here it is. Front brake pads were close to death so I had them replaced along with new rotors and the whole brake system bled (front and back). My right front caliper almost locked up on the way home from the shop. I replaced the Caliper, but the next day it got worse. Not as bad as first, but the caliper was still not released when I come of the brake. The shop said the hose was bad so I replaced it. Drove it home fine last night, but this morning it is getting steadily worse. What else can it possibly be? It is just the right front caliper that is closing in. All the other wheels spin freely. What part of the braking system can have an effect on one caliper and not both front calipers? I would push it off a cliff, but I can't push it with the locked up wheel.
Thanks,

Talking calipers

On the calipers there are 2 rubber boots that cover one rod each. Pull those boots back and make sure there are lubricated properly. Wipe the old grease off and apply new. Hope this helps.

Ignore the white line (I borrowed the image) and added the yellow and blue

Actually, just pull those bolts out(floater pins) and take the boots off. Clean them and the holes they go in on the caliper, and reassemble it with antisieze on the bolts, or a good moly type brake grease.
