Default Need help with exhaust

I am planning on buying some BBK full length headers and a BBK x-pipe. Can anyone give me some feedback on what they experience with an aftermarket midpipe with cats or offroad? Which one would be better?

And also, can anyone tell me how hard it is to install lowering springs on a 06 GT?

If you want that low rumble then get a o/r h pipe, and long tube headers...forget the x pipe. You'll also gain a few ponies.
