Default Is 10 to 20 extra horsepower worth $260
I obviously dont know to much technically stuff but I was looking at a cold air intake kit. Is 10, 20 extra horsepower a good gain and is it worth the 260 price tag?

You are not going to get 10-20 horse out of a CAI. Plus you shouldn't be paying 260 dollars for a CAI.

that CAI crap has got out of hand 20 hp please.....don't believe everything you read....I use the moroso unit(used) and made my own upper total of 50.00

just get a k&n drop in filter. cai are propaganda. unless you like the looks, then blow some $$ on it. I'd rather have half a catback.

You'll get 5 hp out of a CAI.. deffenintly not worth 260.

yea youll probobly get like 5 hp, if you get a cheap one its a good place to start. but look into a nice midpipe and youll get better gains for the dollar, and plus it will sound better
