I have a 96 GT...right now i only have 2 flowmasters on the stock exhaust looking to make it louder, but i dont want to spend over 400$ any sugestions?

 

Swap mufflers, buy a different cat back, buy a catted or o/r x or h pipe, buy some headers, and/or a mix match of what's listed above.

Seriously...you have several options within the $400 range. The cheapest would be to just get some louder mufflers. If it were me i'd personally start with a cat back first.
