Speedometer way off

I just purchased a 99 cobra and it has a different gear in it and the speedometer is way off. I was wondering how to fix it. Called the local ford dealership and they had no clue... Please help lol

Predator Tuner , ford dealership should have their own version of this? Are they that clueless? Go to a BIG dealership

ford svo told us to go to dallas mustang they have a speedo cal. kit $99.00
