door lock/dome light problems

door lock/dome light problems
the facts:
I've checked the remote batteries,The dome bulb is good so I have ruled out
those as issues.
the Problem: door locks only work when car is on, they will lock but not open, when the door lock button is pushed the dash lights, flicker. The dome light doesn't work, the visor mirror light don't work either. None of the fore mentioned lights work at any time, the remote no longer works. Fuses look O.K. What's next.....?
