Question 2008 V6 Driver Door Speaker Problem

I have this intermittent problem with a crackling sound coming from one of the speakers on my driver's side door. The car is still under warranty. I have taken it to the dealership twice. They replaced the speakers the first time then replaced the radio the second time. After the speaker change, the noise was back the same day (never really left). After the radio change, the crackling sound was gone for four days.....today it came back. Again, the crackling sound is intermittent...it comes and goes and does not seem to be associated with highs (treble) or lows (bass).....it just comes and goes.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? The dealership seems to just want to swap out parts and not really diagnose the problem, but maybe this is the only way to figure it out....problem is....there are no more parts to change out. Please help.

Take it to an audio installer. No way to tell you what it is over the net. Could be a few things.

Could be a slice or open wire in the harness running into the door.. Or switch to FM

Does it sound like the Subwoofer is busted? There was a TSB on the power window and door switches rattling at higher volumes with more bass. Mine does it all the time and I thought the speaker was the problem. The TSB 07-17-6 suggests using part number 164-R4901 from the Rotunda Squeak and Rattle Repair Kit part number 164-R4900 to solve the problem.
