The mounts in my 91 stang are getting a little "old" per say and needs replacing.

Anyone see these yet?

I'm not saying it will happen but I've seen cracked ears from solid engine mounted cars. The small ford does not have ears so I imagine it would be a broken bolt or stripped hole.

Basically if something wants to move, be it from a violent launch, accident, frame flexing from road racing. Something has to give. This is when something will probably break.

Poly urethane is a great way to stop the flex of a factory or in your case worn out factory mount.

 

Thanks for the input! I'll check them out a little more, and see if I want to go with them.
