The screen name is a famous quote from King Leonidas, who refused to lay down his arms when confronted by a superior force, and in doing so saved western civilization. We would know nothing about Aristotle, Plato, Homer or much at all about classic Greece if Leonidas and his Spartans had surrendered rather than fight. His famous cry of "Molon Labe!" means "come and take them!" It has been adopted by modern day gun rights activists such as myself as a taunt to the people who want to disarm us in the name of a future utopia they will never achieve. So if you ever see a Molon Labe hat or a bumper sticker, it usually means that guy is a raging gun nut who is willing to fight to the death for freedom. Its a subtle way for us to identify each other, and an affirmation of our commitment to the consitution our nation was founded on. Here are some quick links I googled for ya:
