Default 1998 GT Help!

I have been looking to get rid of my V6 and buy a GT. I found this on Auto Trader http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...g=en&cardist=0
and was wondering why this car is only selling for 6000. I have been looking at 1998 GT's and they are selling for around 9,000 stock. So maybe you guys/girls can help me figure out why this one is selling for 6000. I am going to go look at this car soon, so what should I look at considering that price of this car. Thanks for all of the help.

Why are the miles N/A? Might be a salvage title. Hell it may not even run. Who knows

I found another GT that I like and was wondering what I need to look for when going to look at the car. I mean I know the basic things to look for, I bought my car. But is there anything particular to look for on the 98 GT's. Something that tends to go wrong on them or anything? Also is 90,000 miles good on a car this old and typically how many miles can these things go before big things tend to start going wrong? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to cars. So any help on particular things to look for on this car would be helpfull. Thanks for the time and suggestions.

Look for the infamous cracked plastic intake manifold. That's all I can think of right now.

All I can say is if you go drive one take someone knowlegable about cars with you believe me it will pay off. I used to take my dad with me when I was younger and he saved me from making alot of mistakes of buy something I thought was nice and he didnt. We would leave and tell me what was wrong with it and I didnt even realize it.

I went and test drove the GT today. Well once I got there I new I didn't want it, because I could see that it had been repainted and it was a half as job. But I poped the hood anyway to look at the engine and it looked like it was brand new off the show room floor. I was very surprised that the engine looked this good for having 90,000 miles on it. I also decided to test drive it even though I knew I wasn't going to buy it. And when I started it up I was like a kid doing something for the first time. And after driving the V8 I am that much more eager to buy one now. Also when looking at the car it had new headers, and they looked like they were long tube headers, and it smelled and sounded like it wasn't running any cats on it. I've heard many exhaust systems on the GT's and Mustangs and this was one of the best I've heard. Wish the car would have been in a little better shape. Tommorow I'm going to go test drive and look at the Super Charged GT I first posted about.

Sorry about the random post.

Went and looked at the super charged GT today and while looking found a 99 cobra with 100,000 miles on it and in good shape for 10,000. Didn't know if that was a good deal or now. What do you all think?
