I saw this on ebay. A 25$ chip that gives 40hp and up to 5-6 extra mpg...is this for real??

lmfao are you seriously asking this?

you have to charge your flux capacitor, replace your muffler bearings, install your turbonator and electric supercharger to get gains though.
