I just rebuilt my c4 trans. When the trans is cool it works perfect. It has all the gears and reverse. When it gets up to operating temperature there is no 2-3 shift. I've changes the valve body,removed the trans, taken it back apart and checked that i had the seals on the direct clutch and forward clutch correct since one is slightly smaller. still the same problem when the car warms up. There is NO junk in the pan. Looking for ideas to which direction to go from here. Any help would be very appreciated.

Too much oil? It gets hot and expands and is not allowing something to happen? Just an idea...
