2001 gt clutch help

Default 2001 gt clutch help

to change the release bearing in my 01 gt do I have to remove the bellhousing from the motor or can I take the transmission apart from the bellhousing leaving the bellhousing bolted to the motor?? my clutch is good but release bearing locked up!!!

might as well replace the clutch while your at it tho... why risk having to take everything back off in a month cuz something else blew.

and if you JUST replaced the clutch, did you use a new TOB?

To be honest it would be smart to change the clutch and pressure plate and resurface the flywheel...but I cant afford that right now and need the use of my car
