I ordered a 2011 GT/CS and I love the package with the exception of the side scoops. The dealer asked the manufacturer if they could not install them during the manufacturing process, but that isn't an option.

So, if any of you good people have ever removed the side scoops, what does it entail?

Is this something I can perform on my own or would I need a shop to do it?

 

The side scoops are bolted on, so if you remove them you will has 3 holes in each quarter panel.

 

Boo! Oh, well. I guess I will just live with them.
