Default Help! Heater controls messed up

Hi all, We have been working on my boy's 93 foxbody (2.3 4cyl) we got it out of the barn and put new headlights in which by the way makes one heck of a difference!!! This is a nice clean florida car, great for a 15 year old to start out with!
Anyway, When he was checking things out, he found the fan or blower switch wasn't working, We took the bezel off and pulled the face plate off the control panel in the dash where the fan and defrost-heat-vent-ac and hot/cold control ***** are. In doing so, the fan began working, however the air that blows through- blows through all the orfaces, we always have floor, defrost, and vest air blowing out no matter where we place the switch. I checked the air hoses and didn't find any kinked or leaking. Looking for ideas if anyone else has experienced this and what the fix is.
Also turn signals quit working??? fuse is good, no front or rear at all, 4 ways work thought????? Again, any help. flasher maybe?

Thanks for any and all help!
Robb

Check the vacuum line to the switch.
Mine went to the vacuum manifold by the power brake booster.

With the car running, see if you got suction coming into the switch.
