Default GT 2011 Stall Problem

My father just purchased a Mustang GT 2011 so I'm asking this on his behalf. Whenever he stalls the car (not often), it takes roughly 40 seconds before it will restart. Anybody know why the delays? Thanks in advance.

How is he stalling it? I assume it's a manual tranny & he isn't giving it enough gas when leaving from a stop?

...Sounds like its time to go back to the dealer!

The car should never take 40seconds to restart, no matter how the car stalls, by letting off the clutch too fast without gas, or whatever.

His Coyote comes with the 3/36K bumper to bumper, have your dad go back to the dealer and explain to the techs what is happening.
A brand new Coyote should always start right up at the instant you turn the key.
