Hi there, my name is sverrir and i am from iceland. I have a 1995 Mustang GT and no motor today. it had the 5,0 and Vortech SQ2 supercharger, msd ign, t-rex fuelsystem , headman headers and what not... I am wondering... What would you guys do? I have the stock 5,0 in the garage with broken crank, twisted rod, blown piston. damaged valve and ruined head.. ( bought it with the engine stuck) opened it and it turned out like this. (valve broke and caused all this mess...) I am willing to spend about 10000-15000 on the motor alone.
I built this car 8 years ago and spent ALOT of money on it and bought it again this summer. What would you guys do? Use a stock 5.0? Stroke the 5,0? Get a 351? stroke a 351? I wanna know what you would recomend. Thiis is no joke or anything, Something big is going to happen when I launch U just dont know what im going to use ... YET Hope someone in here can assist me with this ? and also what shop would you recomend to buy from ?

 

Boss block, 347 kit with good internals and lower compression, put it back together with more boost. 600hp easy.

Lot of options really, just depends on what you want to do with it.

 

sounds great, where would you guys recomend that I shop? And also... how much boost would you recomend? I would like to buy as much as I can from one shop to combine the shipping. (really expensive to ship parts to iceland)
