Around here there called dent wizard or dent doctor but anyways they are awesome.....If there is alittle dent with no crease they will get it out and you will never know it was there. My friend sells exoctics and uses them whenever there is a small dent because they dont want to have the car have paint work so trust me its awesome. You will be very satisfied

I have used them once down here in FL but they are called dentrix. They came out and got all the little door dings out and even one crease in the roof of my old car. They are a very good at what they do and it was pretty reasonable price.

If you're referring to the $20 hand tool you can buy at like sam's club, yeah the one that Billy Mays endorses, it's a waste for $20 and your time. A friend and I tried to use it on his truck, just pooped off, didn't pull the dent.

yes, complete waste of money. i tried using it with my friend on his jeep. did not work at all. i cant see how a piece of plastic and some hot glue can get a dent out. it seems like Billy Mazz owns all infomercials.

i used a similar service...and the best results come from small dings...like those around the size of a quarter. For larger ones, expect medicre to average results. I had a larger dent on my wife's honda...they were able to get it to about 70%...needless to say it wasn't perfect, but i wasn't going to spend big bucks repairing an 8 year old honda

Well, I tired it today!

It is such a crap! On first try I apply hot glue to the stick and press it against the dent. 5 minutes later I come back and touch the stick slightly and it freaking falls off. On second try I apply hot glue to the stick and press it against the dent and hold it for 2 minutes. I come back 10 minutes later and the darn thing fell off! I did clean both stick and paint using alcohol and their solution before using the glue.

I'll give a call to tech support, see what they have to say. I'll give it another shot this Saturday, if it don't work I'm getting my money back, either they give it back voluntarily or I call my credit card company.

How did you get your's working?
