Lug Key

RE: Lug Key
Worse case scenario, replace the "locking" lugs and keep the others. I had to do that with my truck. I bought it used and it came with aftermarket tires/rims/lugs, but no locking lug adapter. I used one of those sockets that has the tapered and spiraled inside. The locking lugs were round like most and this thing twisted them off like it came with the lugs. Craftsman makes a set, as do a few other companies. They are about $20-25 for 5-6 sockets, but they more than make up for the time and headache that stripped bolts give you. You can pick them up at most autoparts stores...Autozone, NAPA, Pep Boys, Sears.

RE: Lug Key
I bought new rims, and didnt have the key for the lock nut, went to the ford dealer, went to a bunch of auto shops and no one would help me out. I bought a new set of lock nuts and just need the old ones off. I then went to a tire and rims shop who got them off for 20 $
Good luck
