Default front end noise

I have a 98 mustang convertible, i have a metal on metal clunking noise in front end, only after driving 28 to 30 miles. It sometimes sounds like its on the right, and sometimes it sounds like the left. Bumps do not seem to affect it. It will make it going straight, and maybe a little more in a turn. Please somebody help me!!

Could be a lot of stuff. There are a ton of moving parts in the front end. I'd put the front end on jack stands and start looking around underneath. Most likely its a bad bushing (e.g. control arm, sway bar, end link etc). Also check your ball joints and tie rods. Good luck...
