My only problem is that i want a different engine in it but i don't know what would fit or what i could do to take the 351 Cleveland and make it more powerful but at the same time i would like to SC it... any opinions?? lol im stuck

That can't be the original engine if it has a 2 barrel carb intake. Hell that may not even be a cleveland block...
You're going to have to figure out what sort of cobbled up powerplant the thing has *before* deciding how to mod it.
