I had to replace my front windshield in my 2003, my boyfriend did it for me, and were wondering what the best stuff to use is for under the glass once we get ready to drop the new windshield in. You can buy the sticky rubber stuff that comes in a tube at the local store, but I don't know if thats the best stuff to get and whats the best way to get the old stuff off? I heard using a guitar string or wire to get the old rubber off the old windshield. Please help.
