I just rolled into Idaho from Calif. as I got near my new home I decided to get onboard mountain time. However a problem started innocently enough by pushing button that changes hours. It stuck in cocked sideways a bit and all my gentle persuasion has failed. I took it to the local Ford dealer and the service manager said "never seen that happen before." I have tried k-y jelly w/toothpick, dental scraper w/sharp point and haynes manual does not give any info on clock access. Any ideas? I'm hoping it does not require dis-assembling the dash. I finally got it to stop rolling the hours but my dash clock is now 8 hrs. faster than clock in radio. I guess it will be that time somewhere but it is pissing me off right now. If any sugestions/ideas please advise. thx.
