i just installed a steeda tri ax shifter on my 95' GT. is there a general break in period for these shifters? because i'm having alot of difficulty getting into second gear. Even when the car was turned off i was shifting through the gears and the shifter just wouldnt go into 2nd without me playing around alot with it. I know it's not the stops becuase they were not coming in contact with the shifter. Also i'm thinking it can't be the synchros becuase it still wouldnt work with the car off? i dont know i need input. thanks

also, the shiftknob buzzes when shifting aggresively, doesn't sound like gear grinding, you can really feel it it the ****, and i miss 2nd alot
