I have the following sets: 3.55, 3.73, and 4.10.

The car is a 89 GT
-408w 550hp + 150nos
-c4 auto 3500stall
-mostly 1/8 mile tracks, some 1/4 and some street

What gear would work best/

4.10's for Auto trans.........

 

4.10 but if your gonna be driving more than just "some street" i would say 3.73 or maybe even 3.55 for an auto trans

 

I'm putting in a set of 410's right now. I have everything out and should be done within the week since I'm pacing myself.

My engine is stock with the exception of CAI and I've got a t5. Will let you know what I think in a few days if you haven't made up your mind by then. It'll be only my opinion of course so take it for what it's worth and remember you do have an automatic and a good amount of hp so that makes a big difference.

 

you could have just said what gears... and i'd say 4.10

unless you said u were scared to go fast and afraid of the power... then i'd say 3.73

 

Since 5.56 isn't in your selection then 4.10 will have to do until you get the right ones.
