Question I NEED HELP IN MY CLUTCH

Hello i have a 1990 ford GT mustang 5.0 and im having problems with the clutch. Its slipping but they said it can be a fluid issue. I was driving and the brake light came on i had issues before with the E brake so i thought it was acting up again so i kept driving it. About a month later the clutch started slipping but very little it would rev up when i would step on it than the brakes started going all the way down i had to pump the pedal before it would stop. So i checked the brake fluid and it was empty there was no trail of it leaking and the clutch just got more worse to where i had to take off slow in order for it not rev up and than it would go. I put fluid in it and now it brakes fine but the clutch is still the same if im going up a little hill it goes slow and revs up. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! hopefully theres a way to fix this without spending a lot of money any answer will help THANKS!!!!!!!
