Default K&N oil filters

i want to know if there is any difference between K&N oil filters and other name brands like fram, pureONE.

Yes there subtle differences but if you stick with a name brand that makes it specifically for your car you are fine with any good ones. Good oil filters are good oil filters in my opinion. You get what you pay for.

Fram Filters are supposed to be garbage. In many peoples eyes, Wix (or wicks?) Filters are the best. I happen to know thy are sold under a bunch of names, but the most common would be "NAPA Premium". Puralators are supposed to be a great value betweem $/quality.

K&N Makes some of the best air filters, So id imagine thier oil filters wouldnt be too far off.
