Default In-Ground Vs. Above-Ground Dyno

Ok guys, I have a limited understanding of Dyno's, but want to learn more. I know they measure wheel hp/tq at various rpm levels, a/f ratio, etc. I also know there is probably going to be some difference in overall readings going from a Dyno at "Shop X" to "Shop Y".

That said, speaking specifically of Dynojets, is there going to be a difference in numbers from one Dyno that is above-ground and the EXACT same one that could be in-ground? Say, the meters, temps, fans, dyno location, airflow, etc. are all the same, set up the same...

From everything I read, the reason people are using above-ground Dynos is because they are mobile if you need it to be. But if it's mounted above ground and not "fixed" into the site, could this possibly deviate numbers?

Just curious, thanks!
