Default Tie rod end bolt

Im replacing the outter tie rod end on my 89 5.0 and i cant get the stubborn ****in tie rod end bolt that keeps it from turning on farther off, partially because i think its the inner tie rod slips in the vice grips and then we tryed to heat it up after lettin wd 40 soak in and it still wont bug, any suggestions?

Can you get a Sawzall in there?Do you have access to a die grinder and cutoff wheel?,a dremel tool will be slow but will eventually work.If not,you might have to burn it off with a torch.[:@]

Some have a spot on the top were you can put an allen wrench in them to keep them from spinning,I know mine does or you can put a jack under it and lift up on it and it should jam it up so it doesnt spin anymore if that fails to go get a tie rod tool and jam it in there and that should work....If all else fails cut it off with a sawzall or a nut splitter
