Default Budget build advise

I've got my self a bit of a dilemma here. At the start of next year i want to do a engine build project (going to start saving now) I've got a few choices and i would like some opinions and advise on best options. I've got 3 that I'm trying to choose between but one of them is not car related. My goal for now is around 400HP and ride on that until I can upgrade my transmission with gforce internals.

Option 1: Build my motor and later on down the line add a supercharger. Forged 4.3L from supersix with compression and a good cam for a supercharger. ($1800 for a forged rotating assembly and that includes crank and then another $1600 for a good set of heads for the motor. and another $450 for a cam). That would put me around $3900 but the motor would be fully forged and some where around 280-375 HP depending on tuning and compression (super six's claim)and the motor would be ready for a m112 supercharger.

Option 2: budget build a 351W and cram it in. I went on summit racing and almost all the stuff i would need for a rebuild and install into the car as a carbed motor would cost $1950 (tubular k member, control arms, clutch n flywheel, rebuild kit w/ pistons and bearings, transmission rebuild kit, all that good stuff) The issue with this one is i want to keep fuel injection so this is where ADVISE IS NEEDED. how would i go about swapping a 351W to fuel injection? could I re-use a lot of the parts out of a fox body mustang? This fuel injection thing will either make or break the 351 idea

Option 3: Build a new custom gaming computer. (Core i7 based and at minimum 12 gig ram, GTX 580 video card, 1000+ watt power supply, 4 TB hard drives for the computer savvy ppl out there.)

Let me know what you all think!
