Okay, so I just bought a 92' mustang gt 5.0 convertible. ran great for the first week. Didn't push it. Got comfortable with her first...(Her name is Mystique). Well as of about 3 or 4 days ago, I went to the store came home. Went inside for 20 to 30 minutes. When I returned went to the car, it would try to turn over but just couldn't catch. Went to work in my other car. Came home around midnight and decided to try and start her...Engine purred ( yet still a little hesitant). Now whenever I drive her around town and it only seems to happen on right turns mind you..My baby stalls and engine cuts off. If I give it gas while it's stalling, you can hear it pop about 4 or 5 times than the engine cuts back on. I decided to try not giving it gas when it stalled and the car died, lost power steering and brakes. Stopped the car turned it off put in park, turned back on....

Any ideas or suggestions leading me in the right direction would be most graciously appreciated.

Also I took the IAC off to clean it but there was 0 carbon build-up that I could see...so I know that isn't the problem. I was told either fuel filter, or possibly fuel pump is bad..

Could be an fuel issue, filter or pump. Try those. Also if you just bought it, give her a good tune-up. Change plugs/wires, rotor/cap, check timing, run some sea-foam through it and fuel injector cleaner. Go to the 5.0 section and ask them, lots of knowledgeable folk there.

Got a tune-up the other day and it was still doing it. They didn't change the fuel filter, but I did that today. I have a full tank of gas right now so once it starts getting used up i'll know it's something in the tank if it does it again. thanks for the help though. much appreciated.
