Default Mystery button

Hey everyone,

I have a question about my 1984 mustang.

There's a small button in the top left corner of that display that shows the lights you have out and whatnot.
What does that button do?

Also, those warning lights aren't working and I'm pretty sure they're unplugged behind the consol. Any answers would be nice

With love,
Charles

Default RE: Mystery button

first i would check the manual if you have it.

maybe its a reset button of some sort? you got a pic of the dash? they changed it a couple times through the years and i know it looks muuch different than my 92's.

as for the warning lights, some people take lightbulbs out if they can't figure out the problem (ex: an check engine light that won't go away.)
