ENGINE PROBLEMS
Basically, I was driving my 02 GT one day and all of a sudden I hear this loud noise from the engine bay and my car started to make this weird clicking noise when I push on the gas pedal. I found out that a vaccum hose came off and I had it replaced. Then right afterwards, the engine won't give up its full potential because when I shift from first to second or others gears and step on the pedal, the engine starts to shake and no power is being sent to the engine. If anyone is reading this and is having this problem or knows what the problem is and knows how to fix it, please let me know! My last bet is the dealership but thats going to cost $$$$$$$$$$$.

Where exactly does the power get sent from??Ive always wondered but no one will tell me!
How many miles??Have you changed the plugs wires or cap and rotor at all????Changed the fuel filter??Do you do regular maintenance on it??

sounds computer related or electrical to me
same thing happened to b/f's Z71 4 wheel drive truck.
after 800. worth of labor at the chevy dealer it was only a little clip shorted out at the end of a wire

Before you replaced that hose, was the engine giving its full potential?
