I'm not sure if anyone is looking(or if this is the correct spot) But Rock Auto has cowl panels in stock for $115 for the 99-04.

This is not spam, I have just been looking for one for my car that isn't 240 bucks for quite a while now. Salvage yards around here either didn't have one, or the ones they did have were in worse shape than the one I have. Just thought I'd throw out the info for any interested.
