Rear quarter windows

Rear quarter windows
I own a 93 convertible and one of the rear quarter windows is stuck down. I have no idea how to get to it, to get it back up, please help!

You need to remove the interior 1/4 panel plastic to access the motor inside there. Once there you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

yeah ive done that, the motor still operates, but no track movement, it acts like its binding up
