K&N CAI crack

The other day I noticed that my K&N intake tube is cracked a few inches under the rubber hose that fits up to the throttle body. What is the best way to repair this, high temp silicone or jb weld?

I would use JB Weld; that stuff is like steel when it sets

as expensive as those are I would contact them and be suprised if they do not take care of it..... Hell my ebay/cheapie never cracked and it was only $40.

You think they would take it back even if it was on the car when i bought it used?
