Default Octane Boosters: Are they any good???

Since I am upping my boost to 10.5 psi (from 8.5 psi) on a non-intercooled Vortech Supercharged 2005 Mustang GT (with proper dyno tune), Vortech advised me to only use fuel that is at least 100 Octane. The highest octane in my area is 93, and so I imagine I will have to add some kind of octane booster. What you you all reccommend, and how much will it actually raise the octane level in my fuel? Thanks in advance for the help!

Gas trick never will work for the street. Gas tricks equal a dedicated race car. You need to lower your compression.

Though, if this is legal in your state, intercooler should mount infront of radiator it should be BiG! Compression will depend on the boost, you can go as low as 8:1 and still feel the car at the bottom. Intercooler will add at least 40 rwhp, and improve efficiency, so you can't go wrong with that.

Gas trick? intercoolers not being legal. Dude, stay in the off topic area where you can't do any harm.
Ok heres the scoop on octane boost (even though I have personally explained this at least two other times, USE THE SEARCH FEATURE!!). Octane boosters do not raise your octane enough to be of any real world use, you will see claims like "raise your octane 2 points" in reality it means .2 points not 2 points. 100 octane unleaded race gas is avalible almost anywhere, but you might need to buy it by the 55 gallon drum, if that is not an option for you, I suggest you not raise your boost so much, it makes no sense to raise boost if you cannot find the right type of fuel. Getting an intercooler is a very good idea, it will add power but more importanly it will make any boost level safer (lowering the intake temp.) Check out Rocket Brand Race gas, around here we can buy it at the pump, it might be avalible to you and you don't know it.

I will eventually add Intercooler, but thats like another $1,500 bucks and I have already spent about an extra $5k on a $30K Car, wife is getting upset so it will have to wait a while.

I understand that, look into the Rocket stuff but it will be costly to run that stuff at $4 plus per gallon, I would just run low boost for now untill you get things done the right way, it's not worth blowing it up.
