Can i put a dual muffler system like on the GT stangs on my 2004 v6?

 

Sure, one of the cheapest and easiest ways is to find a GT take off system.

 

but does it sound cool ....honda or nott!..????

 

Getting true duals will sound good and give you a few more ponies

 

ive heard it on a couple of v6's. just dont get em and expect em to sound like a gt cuz youll be disappointed. but its definitely no honda

 

kid i go to school has em and for a v6 they sound pretty good, kinda low and grunty. but no wear near the sound of a v8.

 

It's worthwhile to do the conversion to duals. You need to buy a midpipe or have one fabricated at a muffler shop, a catback exhaust (new aftermarket or GT takeoff), and hangers. Your car already has the correct mounting holes for OEM hangers if you go with a GT takeoff catback. Optional is a GT takeoff bumper cover with the correct cutouts for dual exhaust tips. I would get one for appearance sake, others may disagree.
