Unhappy '94 mustang Gt overheating

ok so ive been trying everything to get my car running again for almost a year now and the fan still doesnt want to turn on when the car gets hot. it has a new fan motor, just replaced the CCRM and the TCM and still nothing.....need some help here pls

Without being in front of the car, its hard to say. I'd check to make sure that the fan is getting power & ground when it is supposed to be on. If not, check if there is continuity between the wires on one end and the other end. There may be a break in the wires. Try bypassing the wires all together and hook it straight to the battery and see if the fan turns on. If it doesn't then the fan is bad.
