Exclamation 1997 gt purchase

i have the ability to buy 97 gt for a grand, good shape, new clutch 100k+ clean car. never had a mustang before any thoughts good or bad? should i keep looking for a different stang? Please help!

Wow I cant believe no comments!!!!!!Is one year better than the next,fox body etc,im a die hard chevy guy and thought you mustang guys could help me out!!!!!! Easy mods,hard to work on,anything??????

Test drive it. Thoroughly.. A grand for a clean 100k car.. and a mustang gt? Sounds like a good deal in my book.

pics would be a plus.

I would jump on it. The 2v 4.6 96-98 are not what you would call fast but they def are a nice car and can be modded. I've owned 2 Sn95s 98/95 fun cars.

I don't have enough information to go by to give you my opinion. For all I know that thing was hit by a train.

Pictures, including information like wear & tear would go a long way.

There was a fellow a few weeks ago who posted a similar situation like yours. After he ;posted pictures it was pretty obvious the car was destined to be a parts car. It was literally wrecked.

Not enough information to make any recommendations.

It sounds like a steal, but that could change when we see pics & specs.
