Default Light covers...

I have headlight covers on my 98 mustang and I've been told that they are illegal. I can understand the reason of not driving with them on at night (very dim with highbeams) but why not during the day? My dad got cuaght in the day with them and the officer said the first time is a warning and the second time you go to jail. So they were sitting in my basement for awhile and then my dad gave them to me. Said if I got caught, take them off. I think they look awesome on with the dark green of my car, so it will suck if I have to take them off. Comments?
Know where I can find the Saleen taillight covers(the surronding ones, not the black outs) for cheap?

I don't know exactly what you mean by that... "cut"?
I want to know where I can purchase them besides that site.

state troopers are mean but they are acually taught to be that way and need to look mean its part of there whole thing, but they do there job. my dad use to be the guy who milled the roads and had state troops there to take care of traffic and if you did anything they didn't like they hunted you down and got you.
